Displays risk results in 5 dimensions: performance, security, reliability, cost, and service baseline. You can perform further operations to view risk details and obtain optimization suggestions.OA also provides expert-level customized optimization suggestions based on the check results. If required, OA can arrange dedicated Technical Account Managers (TAMs) authorized to enterprise-level support plan customers' sites to provide professional technical assistance.
Risk Locating
Automatically checks service data and generates reports to monitor and sample cloud resources in real time. Based on this, you can locate risks of cloud resources, and learn detailed information such as risk items, risk levels, and metric value. Currently, OA is available for 17 cloud services, and more cloud services will follow in the future.
Professional (Custom/Dedicated) Optimization
Based on the obtained risk details on the cloud, OA provides optimal dedicated optimization suggestions, optimizes configurations, and adjusts resources. Also, you can check a single check item in real time after an adjustment to confirm the improvement for the risk item and ensure service stability.
