Cloud Connect Service Disclaimer
You are deemed to have read and agreed to this disclaimer when you are applying for a cross-border permit for enabling network communications outside the Chinese mainland.
1. Service Content
The geographic regions, bandwidth, required duration, and price for cross-border network communications are subject to your order generated on the HUAWEI CLOUD official website. By applying for a cross-border permit, you have authorized Huawei to lease cross-border circuits from Shenzhen China Unicom.
Cross-border network communications are jointly provided by Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") and the Shenzhen Branch of China United Network Communications Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen China Unicom").
2. Privacy Protection
2.1 Information to Be Collected
To enable cross-border network communications, you need to apply for a cross-border permit from Shenzhen China Unicom on the HUAWEI CLOUD management console. To comply with all relevant laws and regulations, Huawei will collect your enterprise information such as your registration No. and business address, and your representative's information such as name, mobile number, and address.
2.2 Information Protection
Huawei will take measures to protect the collected information, including but not limited to encryption. The collected information is disclosed only to Shenzhen China Unicom for cross-border permit approval, unless otherwise specified by applicable laws and regulations or your requirements.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may retain the right to access, modify, delete, deny or limit access, or transfer your information.
3. Representations and Warranties
3.1 Statement by Both Parties
l You must provide authentic and valid information and update it in a timely manner. If legal documents cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in time because the information you provide is incorrect or you do not update the information in time, you shall bear the possible legal consequences.
l You must use Cloud Connect in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Huawei only provides you with the service and is not responsible for the legal compliance in your use of the service.
l If you use Cloud Connect for illegal purposes, you shall bear all the consequences. Shenzhen China Unicom has the right to take measures including but not limited to stopping providing cross-border circuits, terminating the contract, and seeking compensation for the losses caused thereby.
3.2 Huawei Statement
l Huawei submits the information you provide to Shenzhen China Unicom only for qualification approval and will not disclose your information to other third parties.
3.3 Privacy Protection
HUAWEI CLOUD will protect your personal information in accordance with HUAWEI CLOUD privacy protection policies. For more information, please visit Privacy Statement.
