CBR Cross-Region Replication Disclaimer

The cross-region replication of Cloud Backup and Recovery (CBR) allows you to replicate backups to destination regions. You can then use replicated backups in the destination regions to provision new resources. The choice to use cross-region replication is completely your own decision, and if you choose to use it, you are deemed to have fully agreed with the content of this Disclaimer.

1.You understand and acknowledge that if your source and destination regions reside in two countries, backup data will be transmitted across borders. You shall ensure that the use and transmission of your data comply with local laws and regulations.

2.You understand and agree that your use of this product (or service) is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Huawei Cloud only provides a standard product (or service) upon your request and is not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.

3.You understand and agree that we may revise this Disclaimer from time to time without notice according to the changes of policies and services. The revised version will take effect when it is posted on our website. Please check this Disclaimer periodically for any changes.
