Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Huawei”) owns a number of international trademarks (“HUAWEI Marks”). HUAWEI Marks include but not limited to: “HUAWEI” logo and "HUAWEI CLOUD".

2.  Trademark Usage

All trademarks and logos displayed, mentioned or otherwise used in this website are property of Huawei or other third parties as stated if applicable.

You may not display HUAWEI Marks in any manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libellous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion. You are not permitted to use any of these trademarks or logos in any way without explicit prior written permission of Huawei or such third party as applicable. We reserve the right to take any and all actions including, without limitation, legal proceedings, against any use of the HUAWEI Marks that does not comply with the terms of the Agreements you entered into with us or these Trademark Guidelines.

3.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms. In case you do not understand or agree to any of the terms, you should consult the relevant staff. Huawei reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice to you. With regard to any behaviour of violation against the provisions, Huawei shall have the right to seek legal and fair remedies.
