Partners can only apply for cash coupons, NRE incentives, or MDF once for the same offering or market activity. The specification of the use of benefits is the responsibility of the Partner Development Manager.

[Note1]: The use of cash coupons must comply with the Huawei Cloud Ecosystem Coupon Management Regulations and the cash coupons can only be used for training, solution building, testing, verification, and migration.
